hello.one person who has recently graduated from welder course & has 2 year experience as welder but he has worked for cash.How can we prove his work experience?
How can he get trade certification in canada for welder as he already has trade certification from India ? Thanks

Then you should contact the appropriate licensing authority for the province you're interested in, and ask whether it's possible to get the certificate.

Search for "Welder" and choose the province. It will tell you which body regulates the trade and you can check on their website.

The minimum requirements for the FST class state that you must have either a job offer or a certificate. If he doesn't have either (and can't get either), he's not eligible.
