Hello! I am sorry to bother you but I have some question. I have a WHV and I will be in Canada for the next year. I would like to find a work as a photographer. I can stay only for six months… then I have to come back. This is the rule for my country. So... my questions : what if sometimes I want to go to Canada again? Would I need a visa as freelance photographer or being a tourist would be enough? And, about the photographs, can I shot everything I want or there are rules I have to follow? I really do not want to break the law!

If you want to work as a photographer in Canada - you need a work permit (it is illegal to work in Canada on a visitor visa). There are no freelance work permits. To obtain a work permit you must find an employer in Canada willing to offer you a full time job and that employer must then obtain an approved LMIA. Only then can you apply for a work permit.
