I am in trouble in my previous work experience...
I did job in bank but when i got study visa in Canada i left the job without notice.. But i showed my experience in study visa application as well as express entry.. eventually i got invitation.. but the problem is my previous employer is totally unwilling to give me experience letter to me but i my former colleagues they can help me and they are totally okey to give me reference letters without company letterhead...
How can i solve this issues...
I have everything.. appointment letter..staff salary account statement.. confirmation letter.. training certificates... tax certificates etc..

question is....is it okey if i get references letters from my former colleagues without company letterhead????
Advanced thnks for your help guys

Because an employment letter is a mandatory document, you may or not have a letter from a colleague accepted. Hopefully your colleague is a supervisor and can provide his or her official email id, contact number and employee number. Also provide all the information you mentioned. I find it hard to believe a bank will not give an employment letter.
