Foreign Drivers License [Students in Quebec please help]

Hello everyone,

I am an international student in Quebec and had a small query regarding the validity of a foreign driving license in Quebec.
Can my Indian driving license be used for driving in Quebec during the duration of my studies? I have heard conflicting opinions on this. May you guys please help me this? Thanks in advance
