I had a professional photo made, and checked that it is the correct ratio. (5x7 plus the correct face proportions as mentioned here https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...grants/pr-card/apply-renew-replace/photo.html )
However when I upload it on the confirmation portal, I am forced to use a cropping tool. If I follow the instructions correctly, bottom of chin touching the bottom green circle and top of head in between the two top green circles, the ratio is no longer the right format? The photographer told me to upload as is but there is no option to do so. I am forced to crop.
