I am a newbie in this forum I hope someone can assist me and my husband. My husband got a job offer contract 3 years from Quebec through agency here in the Philippines. He was personally interviewed by the employer last June 2017 and now waiting for LMIA. Here are my questions
1) Does LMIA includes the work permit already?
2) If he is already there working when he can submit application for CSQ. But I believe before submitting the application he should satisfy the points which in his case married 59 points.
3) what best immigration program should he apply so he can get us to Quebec fast?
4) do we need an agent to help us process our immigration plans?
I am a little bit worried because first groups that were hired by different employers but same agency do not have PR yet and now having problem with renewal of work permit.
We would just like to be ready what to do when he arrives there.
