dear i was short of points(as per my reckoning/calculation) so i sent an improved score of ielts with improved points,and [size=10pt][size=10pt]according to op6 one can send his improved /furthered educational documents to vo until a negative assessment is made,so i sent it before that assessment of my case [/size][/size],my case is still PENDING REVIEW with RBVO status and a real POCESSING has not started as yet.

I applied under FSW NOC 4131(Instructor). Now I have changed my job and my new designation is "College Lecturer". Although the job duties

match those of NOC 4131 but there is no specific Job title as "College Lecturer" in the NOC 4131 list available on the website of CIC.

I want to intimate the CIC about job change and seek information about :

1. whether to mention the job title as "college lecturer" or change it to "college teacher/instructor" or any other job title that is available

in the NOC 4131 example titles.
2. Is is necessary that your job title must fall within the example job titles mentioned under a specific NOC(mine being 4131).

I have send my full docs on Dec 20, 2010. My online status is still "RBVO" since the past 9 months. Does anyone have any idea when do we expect Medical Request.

My timeline and profession is same , i received 2nd AOR 24 jan 2011. so my consultant said they have finalize before june 2012, and as they said they will process ur file within 12 months,

To day i got eamil form visa office, that i have to wait longer and they can not stemate my processing time. they said be pationt and if you can not be pation you can ask for return your money and your application.
I dont know what can i do ?

I have also applied under same category and my e-cas changed to AR & DM this week. I am not sure what does it mean and am little worried why all of sudden it is changed to Decision Made.

anyone else got the same status or have any idea about this DM status?

Hello Caps456,

It is not only YOU,but there are at least more than 15 forum members belonging to pre-june2010 period who have recvd DM BEFORE BEING SUBJECTED TO MR.

Contrary to set procedure though it is,yet wche should waite for couple of weeks before dust of confusion settles down. VO, IN ALL PROBABILITY, would start sending communications to the applicants in this regard.So long as the same is emented from VO it is not fare to jump into any conclusion.

Posts of many fellow members attribute it to some kind of technical glitch.

I sent all the documents to Delhi office in Aug 2010 under category 4131 and I got second file num in sep. and they update on their site in march like "They receive my application in April 2" and just showing my address. It is still showing the same thing. No change in it. Could anyone plz tell me how much more time it can take for my medical.?? I am waiting for medical..

IS anyone got medical?
