people who applied under PNP in november 2011 are getting their medicals but our category is still being delayed.
any updates with any member regarding the process its really very frustrating now as we have been waiting for last so many months

How are u ?
I too have been off-line for about a month.U are absolutley right,there is no movement of files of those who applied under 4131,barring on or two.NDVO appears to be in deap slumber.I wonder,how on earth, VO will pocess all the pending files nd issue MR by the end of Dec.2012,as from Jan 01,2013 they may be inundated with fresh applications to be dealt under the changed rules.
NOTWITHSTANDING possitive observation in MY CAIPS NOTES nd Selection decision arrived at in Feb.2012 with June 12 being BFD,nothing has come out as yet.
under the circumstances,it is better to wait nd pray good for all !!!

Yes I am sure we will get our PP stamped by end of this year. also, there is one thing to mention here. I want to paste the words what they mentioned in website before I comment anything;

"Note: As of July 1, 2012, CIC will temporarily stop accepting applications for the Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSWP). This temporary pause does not apply to those with a qualifying job offer or applying under the PhD stream. We will likely start accepting applications again when the revised FSWP selection criteria take effect. Proposed FSWP changes should come into force in early 2013."

a) I feel that they haven't mentioned month when they will start accepting new applications- IT could be Jan- Feb- March'2013.

b) the colored line indicates that they should - means If they failed to clear all pre June- they might extend their time limit to may be July'2013.

c) IF they mean to work on their commitments, Its not MR, they have to stamps our visa by dec. That means MR should be on our hand max by Oct this year.
I would like your comment on the same,

I think we should just continue with our lives and not plan our future expecting the immigration thing to be cleared. CHC works so erraticaly that we just cant predict anything.

One thing is for sure that they are clearing off the pending pre june cases. But NDVO has the highest inventory of each one the categories, viz.MI1, MI2 and MI3. Its gonna take time

We received your application for permanent residence on June 8, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 4, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on April 24, 2012.

I had a telephone interview on the 26th of April.I think they are not planning to take those under 4131 this year.I am just scared that they will send us a 6-12 months wait letter.Keeping my fingers crossed.

Don't worry the MR is requested for 4131 in huge number, so be proud of 4131. I am also from this NOC see my status .
