please help me seniors, i have submiited full doc in dec 2009 and still waiting for cic reply .

when i am checking on e - status it show message that " We were not able to identify you using the information you provided. There could be three possible reasons: " and so on

now i am going to complete 4 months still now news

please tell me what to do or wait for things to go good ?

No need yo worry. you are not entering information correctly. please check your relevant information correctly and re-enter:

Identification Type:
Identification Number:
Surname/Family Name:
Date of Birth:

and enter information correctly.
