I am wondering whether any of u printed out the application for permanent resident card form and take with u during landing?? or do they provide the forms available to the applicant to fill at the point of entry???? pls let me know

The PR card will be automatically processed as part of landing. There is no application to fill out. The application you found is for PR card renewals.
