For Stamping Visa From ND VO for canada PR

Hello

We have applied for PR in Manitoba...
I have submitted my passport on 12 oct.2012 to New Delhi Visa Office for Canada PR Visa.after that on website my status is IN PROCESS and Medical Results have been received.Now website is not updated after 31-10-2012 CIC Website. Now we have not any idea for our passport status for stamping visa and draft of RPRF Fees.any other website for know about passport status?

So please tell me that how long time taken for stamping visa?

What does it mean for PR in canada??is it complete the processing and stamping a visa on passport?plz tell me...
