My spouse family class visa case refuse by vo.. My wife is pr in Canada and m from India .
She appeal for case..
What should we do n
What is time process in this case..

My brother in law marriage this sep in Canada n we think to apply a visitor visa for marriage..
What is the best way to apply the visitor visa and where from Canada and from India..

What were the reasons for refusal? Was your wife in Canada when she sponsored you? With the refusal, the chances of getting a TRV are slim (pretty much zero) to visit Canada.

They said it isn't genuine? Is it genuine?

Was it an arranged marriage - had you met and spent time together before you married? Did you only spend 20 days total together?

My marriage date 5 fed 2017
She spend 20 days.. But
This year is come 26 Jan n go back 27 Feb 2018.

i think, you could apply for visitor visa, then come here spend some days with her. If situation (financial/others) permits, stay for longer period with her here. THen maybe after an year you can try PR again.

Well, she can do it on your behalf (online)... but then your application will be to India VOs.

With a spousal application refusal, the TRV VISA is next to zero to be approved.

Currently, it will take about 18 months (BC) to 24 months (Ontario) to get a full hearing date, from when the appeal is filed. And if the appeal is allowed, it will take probably at least another several months for the PR process.

Really its to long... When every time she is come to India for meet..
I have no chance to go there... To meet my family....
