There are services in Canada that may be able to support them. This is not a pathway to get family members to Canada to stay with family due to covid. A person who has the funds to pay a private caregiver can try to hire someone with previous nursing experience/training or perhaps other healthcare degrees/experience. Hiring a family member will always be more difficult because of abuses of the system in the past. This is not a fast process

There's no way to do this unless the person living in Canada has immediate family members (e.g. son / daughter) who are also living in Canada as Canadian citizens or PRs and have enough income to hire a caregiver. If the senior citizen is living alone in Canada, there is no way to bring family members through the care giver pathway.
