For same job duties different noc given for different organisations

I applied for sinp and given two job experience letter from two organisation one was government and second was private company .SINP determined NOC 0821 Managers in Agriculture for government organisation but for private company they given NOC 8252 Agricultural and other related contractor Managers although job duties were exactly same.Therefore application judged as ineligible. Here I want to clarify that although this company do some contract work but I am working on farm which owns by company. Can I apply for second review.

Write a letter to HRSDC with your Job duties. They will reply you by an email about your suitable NOC. If it will suitable, apply for second review. But it is very time consuming. Better apply again with new intake, enclosing HRSDC email.
