For post graduation in canada

hello everyone

I am from India...I have completed my graduation in the year 2008..since then i am working..i want to go to canada for my Master degree and after that want to work there and get a citizenship of canada..

can anybody here tell me the complete procedure?

I just know that i have to give one English language test (IELTS) with minimum band score

kindly guide me
