I have passed MSc in Chemistry. I want to apply for Canada Immigration.
So please tell me what procedure to apply.

search for the 29 job ministerial list on the net and see if you have one year of experience in a job on that list.
if not, try find a job in Canada first or
learn french and apply to Quebec or
search for PNP.
