For IMM0008/PCC/5562 spouse (non accompanying)

Q1. Do the PR applicant or spouse ( non accompanying) fill individual forms IMM 0008 or one form for both ? If it’s one form for both, where does the spouse ( not accompanying) information is filled ?

Q2. When filling IMM 5562 (supplementary form which contains information about the applicant's family's travels ), do we need to include travel to country of origin as well taken in last 10 years ?

Q3. Is PCC required for a country stay ( more than 6 months ) over 10 years ago after the age of 18 ?

You are asking this question in the wrong section.... This section is for family sponsorship.

For PR/citizen to apply to sponsor their spouse/common law partner/dependents, the sponsor DO NOT fill in IMM 0008.
Only the principle applicant fill in IMM 0008. Since there is NO option for non commpanying spouse (because one is the sponsor and the other is the PA), I have no idea what you are asking.
