the most one can tell with this little info is that you have enough education to be potentially qualified for both programs...

@shannon388 thank you so much. Under the FSWP, I'd also like to know if it's compulsory for me to get a professional certification from my professional body (Civil engineering) to be part of the documents to be presented.

It's not compulsory but you need to evaluate your degree in civil engineering to gain points for education.
