For FSW program, Does CIO at NS, selects or rejects most applications

In Federal Skilled Worker Program, do the maximum applications get selected or rejected by CIO in Nova Scotia? I mean, before sending applications to respective visa offices, CIO selects maximum number of applications or rejects maximum?

CIO at NS does not have some arbitary guidelines that favor some and neglect the others. Acceptance is based upon well defined criterias, which can lead to acceptance or rejection. Visit the Canadian immigration website for list of eligible occupations, application instructions, and documents required to file an application. If you are in one of the desired occupations and can score 67 points, you will be accepted.
