My file is in Mississauga. they sent me one email for biometrics payment but didn't get biometrics instruction letter. actually they didn’t send biometrics payment letter but i think i know that’s Biometrics instruction letter but that didn’t and i was book appointment for biometrics and suddenly today i knew it about that letter this is not biometrics instruction letter.However, I have booked an appointment for May 1,2019. So today, I just made a payment for biometrics but they did not send biometrics instruction letter. i want to biometrics instructions letter before my appointment. Can you plaese help me with that?
