i have recently received an aknoledgement of acceptance i need to submit my docs to VISA OFFICE London, my query is GOD blessed me with a baby, in this senario what should i do.. while I have to process all my documents within 120 dayz pleae guide and suggest.

I sent my docs on 25th Jun which as per Fedex delivered to London office on 28th June. Now waiting.

Guys,

I got married between the elapsed time period of 120 days they gave to me. And by sending full documents to visa office i have included my spouse fees and changed all forms accordingly. A letter of explaination of changes also included. Is this going to be work or should i expect some sort of objection?

Hi sulaiman,
I guess you should be fine as long as you send them your marriage contract proving that you really got married...
Usually they will ask you for more documents if they are not satisfied w/ the supporting documents and explanation letter.
Don't worry, just hope for the best!

I second Anne, you need to provide original Marriage Certificate or "Nikkah Nama".

I also sent my full documents and application to London Visa Office on 28-June-2010. I am waiting for 2nd AOR, London Visa Office taking so much time to send AOR and case processing.

Buffalo received mine May 24th but until no 2nd AOR neither update in my e-CAs thats why I started to worry but I guess it won't help...
Being positive and lots of prayer would be better than worrying + keeping in mind that everything happens for a reason!

transfer of VO from islambad to london and change in canada immigraion policies may have caused delay in process,,, Hope in july they'll resume process
