I have already inquired from Damascus office about the time we can expect to receive our AOR in QSW framework.

here below is the reply i received:

Veuillez nous contacter à la mi-avril si vous n'avez toujours pas reçu
par la poste le numéro de votre dossier et votre accusé de réception.
"Unquote"

means still they are processing on file received until 31 Dec 09 and January applications can expect their AOR til Mid of April

As per KIA the CIO is processing files upto 31st December,2009. and in my case My DD had been encashed on 7th Feb, but till today I have not got any information.... what does it mean???/
Can i also enquire about the same from India??
Any suggestions???
Can anyone for me go for enquiry in canada ?

Gauri, I would suggest you to wait for atleast end of Feb.

If you Notice they have asked kia to wait till mid April and this is for January application. That means that they expect to process the Dec applications till Mrach or so.

You are doing a great job my friend and I have no doubt that you will get your AOR soon. All the best

Cio received our application last dec 8 and our credit card was debited feb 10...so till now we waiting for our AOR...we don't receive AOR thru e mail so we're expecting to have it by courier or post.. Im from Quezon City welcome rotonda to be exact...bout you san ka? ano NOC code mo?

we have same situation...maybe we should wait for 20 days as suggested by my frend...coz they got their AOR after 20 days from the date of the letter...her NOC code is also 4131/4121

Hello All,

Gauri do not worry you would get answer soon. They update it on every tuesday (Mostly).

I got SMS from my bank (As i had given my credit card) on my phone that NS has deducted money for my procesing on 16th Feb, 2010.. I am just waiting for the formal mail.

I have started working on documents.

Can anyone tell me that do we have to send orignal documents or photocopy (Notary attested) to CHC Delhi?

CHC require bank statement, experience( reference) letter, IELTS and PCC in original only, for all other documents notarized copies are equally acceptable.

I spoke to 3 companies I worked and they are not reday to give me in written for my jobs and responsibilties. Someone has guided me that I make notary of my jobs and responsibilites.That is only issue.. Is it ok if i notary them. I do have joining and relieving letter from those companies thou.

Do I need to send these joining and relieving letter original?? what about education certificate like school, college and diploma?? these are also original or notary?

All school educational certs - Send Notarized copies
All College Marksheets and Degree - Original Transcripts from University

For the Reference letter it is kind of important to submit them as they justify the roles and responsibilities and FSW-1 eligibility is based on job duties and also 21 points are granted for job duties. If you can not get them at all
Submit the following to bolster your claims:
Appointment and relieving letter
Salary Slips
Any Training or award certificate in job
Appraisal letters
Org Charts
Affidavit of Job duties.

It still depends on the IO/VO if he is satisfied or he would request more proof
