i think bar code is the main thing and both the visa offices chandigarh and delhi can have access to the database , wat u think and for punjab , harayana and himachal the visa office is chandigarh , i personally dont want to apply to delhi visa office

yeah buddy thanks for assistance ,, its an insane for both the consultant and fortis , the consultant should tell what u have to fill out in the medical form , and later on the fortis he asked me from where are you from said jalandhar , he said okae then write new delhi as designated visa office , and chandigarh as regional medical center , and i did dat , freaking dumb of me anyways will find a way thnx

according to me regional medical office is correct for u
designated visa office should be chc chandigarh
if ur sure that ur province comes under chc chd jurisdiction , if not the fortis arecorrect
