Hello , I have submitted my spouse sponsorship application, I have a job and I remember I took food assistance from the foodbank of the salvation army for a couple of time, I am not receiving any social assistance, does that disqualify my application ?

If you are not making enough to support yourself and have needed to use the foodbank there could be issue proving that you can support your spouse which is required for sponsorship.
