Hello everyone,


I just sent my copies of my passport to the RCC as the final request from the CIC.
Is there a chance I can land in Canada before receiving my approval of permanent residency?

No. You need to wait for the COPR to be able to land as a PR. You can come as a visitor if you have an eTA/TRV.

What about entering as a tourist and when I receive the COPR I go out at the border (since I’m in Vancouver) and come back to enter as pr?
