Hello guys,

I have a question regarding my monthly salary.

I have a stable monthly salary (2,800) + extra bonus money that results in a fluctuation in my monthly salary.

For example:
Jan 3,300
Feb 3,900
Mar 2,800
Apr 3,500
etcetera.....

Do you think this is a problem in the decision of my PR by the Officer?
What should I do? Can I explain this situation in my reference letter?

I am very confused...

Please help!

Thanks,

it does not matter if your salary is high...as long as you have the hours and your hourly rate works out with your T4...

My hourly salary is a little bit lower than the median salary for my job.
So you think i am ok with that?
And I have still to explain that in my reference letter, right?

A salary is a fixed amount, an hourly wage will vary by the number of hours you worked. It sounds like you have an hourly wage, not a salary. But it's not clear - do you mean a bonus or if you mean overtime? But either way, it is not a problem - just have your employer explain how you are compensated in your letter of employment - "Mr X works XX hours per week, and earns an annual salary of $XX,XXX plus monthly bonuses, based on...." Or "Mr x works a minimum of 40 hours per week, and earns Sxx.xx per hour, plus overtime." Whatever - as long as your letter of employment explains it.
