We just did for my parents. we did three bookings - Air Canada Sept 04, 2020 (confirmed but subject to Govt allowing Int flights) ; Air India Aug 26th (confirmed and flying) and Turkish Airlines for Aug 28th (which we cancelled as we came to know that this airlines is not flying)

Hi there!

I have also booked a VBM flight on Aug 18 2020 to Toronto. Do we need to take PCR test 3 days prior departure ?
