flight to Edmonton and quarantine plan vs vaccine

Any here had their parents take the covid vaccine in Mumbai? How and where are you booking the trip from Mumbai to Edmonton (stop over most likely Calgary)?
Do they still need to quarantine even though they took the vaccine?

1. The only international airports open are Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, Montreal. They will have to quarantine in a designated hotel at the first airport they arrive at for up to 3 days. Then they have to complete their quarantine at their final destination. They still need a negative Covid test to fly

yes I know which airports - has anyone booked flights from mumbai to Calgary... without stops in toronto, montreal or vancouver?

they still have to quarantine so I'm not sure why it makes a huge difference where.

Well I live in Edmonton, if I can get her to arrive in Calgary, she doesn't need a connecting flight after!
That is why I am asking!
