Is there any 1 stop flight from kochi to Toronto ?

Try Lufthansa via Chennai and Frankfurt.

If we go through frankfurt, is there any issue of additional visa or anything ?

With Canada visa, we can transit via Europe airports. Only via USA, we need transit visa.
