Has anyone received PR through flagpoling?

I got my PGWP from flagpoling but not sure if PR would work the same.

Yes however you have to be careful as some border locations don't do landings at certain times of the day or have a cap on the number of people they process. I would also recommend you actually go in to the US and buy a cup of coffee and keep the receipt to prove that you actually left Canada. I've seen some issues with people literally flagpoling and immigration not being too happy about it
