Hello everybody! I hope somebody can help me with this.
I am in Canada as a visitor at the moment. My husband works a NOC B job and has just received his PGWP. I was planning to flagpole and apply for my spousal open work permit at the border. Is that possible? I've been reading on different blogs that flagpoling can be done only for RENEWAL of study or work permit or to activate PR.
I did held a working holiday permit for 1 year, but I went home after it expired and then came back as a visitor after a few months.
Any input will be appreciated, thanks!
