I just finished 2 postgraduate certificate from Seneca, which would allow me to apply for PGWP. However, I could not get a job offer since the employer wanted to see my actual work permit. I already applied online but the employer could not wait for 27 days and needed some paper to prove that I can work with any employer while waiting for the result.

1) What are the requirements/ documentation I need to bring for PGWP Flagpoling?
2) How can I cancel my online application if I will do flagpoling?
3) What are the risks? I do not have US Visa and TRV.

Thank you everyone for your help.

You can go to the Niagara Falls border and get your work permit there. You will need a letter from your college stating that you have graduated and your transcripts. But keep in mind that your transcripts must be sealed. You do not need any visa or TRV. Just carry your passport and also you'll have to pay the application fees. If you are driving then the car must be in your name, otherwise you can just walk through the bridge to get to the border. After getting the work permit cancel the one that you applied online.
