Hi everyone, I just did the flagpoling today at the Peace Arch (BC) and got my PR. Before I go I checked online that I should receive "Administrative Refusal" form at the US border, but today the form I received is a white paper stating "(1) refused admission into the United States (2) Refused admission and paroled into the United States", the officer checked NO.1 and also left a comment "flagpole, not seeking entry". While issuing this form, the US border officer typed a lot in the computer system and collected my right hand fingerprints, took a photo of me. This form doesn't mention anything of "administrative refusal".
Could anyone please advise if this form will affect my future trips to the US?
Also for my future immigration applications should I consider this one as actual refusal admission into the US and choose "yes" for refusal admission questions?
If you know the answer please advise, thanks so much for your help!
