Flagpole - hours?

Hi,

Just wondering whether there are specific hours to do flagpoling in Niagara. I'm going on the weekend so I'm wondering if it's opened all the time, just to make sure.

the ones at niagara should be 24/7. there was a schedule somewhere but i cant find it anymore
