Flag polling near Vancouver

Hi guys . I am about to get my COPR anytime . I want to do the landing late at night to about traffic . Which border is opened 24 hours ? Where can I go to complete the landing closer to Vancouver? Is it peace Arch ?

I went to pacific border, i parked my car in the customs enquiry parking lot, ( i didnt enter america), i went inside and did my landing, it took less than 5 mins in total
