Flag pole for work permit - answered yes or no to " have you been refused.."

Hi All,

I flagpoled for work permit before and wonder if I should answer "yes" or "no" to question have you ever been refused admission, or ordered to leave canada or other country?

Can somebody please shed some lights? Thanks

You should always answer the truth. If you lie and they discover, you get a ban that can make you ineligible to access Canada (even as a tourist) for up to 5 years.

flagpoling isn't considered as being refused.
If however you were refused anywhere. you should disclose it.
