[Fixed] 2014 Citizenship Spreadsheet

Hi all,

As you probably know, since couple of time (look like starting august), the 2014 spreadsheet became unreliable because people used a partial filter, so it messed up the columns between 'Test date' and 'Notes'.

I just spend couple of hours fixing the whole thing (dates, functions, filter...).

For Test/Oath dates, I did a grunt work by searching for every single nickname of the people who where in yellow (test date) or green (oath date) in their last posts in the forum.

I was able to recover 40 test dates (out of 108) and 25 oath dates (out of 42).

It's not perfect but at least now the spreadsheet is 100% reliable.

So please update your row if necessary, especially if you passed the Test or attended to Oath ceremony recentely:

PS:
For the people using the filter feature, please pay attention that it change the view for everyone looking to the file in the same time.
So please use it 2-3 minutes then bring it back to normal view ;-) (sort by Application Received date, A -> Z).
If you need more time, just do: File > Download as > Excel file, open the downloaded file with Ms Excel, and have fun for hours lol.

Is there a way to pin the top column that tells us what the column is for? It helps those of us who have to scroll all the way to the bottom/later months, since we can see what the column refers to as we scroll down.
