Firstly Saskatchewan , secondary Alberta now British Columbia ? Only Yukon left For international students and for skilled immigration
What you think ?
Q: I would like to immigrate to Yukon, but I do not have an employer or a job offer. Can I still apply to the Yukon Nominee Program?
A: No. Individuals who wish to immigrate to Yukon but do not have job offer or employment with an approved Yukon employer may contact Citizenship & Immigration Canada to apply for immigration.
But if you have a full time job offer or employment . You are good to go for Yukon pnp.
Overall process for Yukon pnp takes less time rather than other province.
Thanks
