First time settler - is there a limit on the total value of GTF?

We are going to land the next Saturday by air from the US.
I'm now consolidating the good to follow list. As we have some luxuary-branded bags and jewery, the total value is quite high. The most expensive one is a diamond ring for marriage. Will this be a problem?

There is no limit for settlers. You have to decalre them to get exemption. If you are bringing few items later, then you have to submit BSF186 form. Then you can bring those items in future trips as well.
