Thanks.
I would like to know how can I take the CLB test? Knowing that I am living Morocco and there is not much information available about the express entry process.
First, you need to determine if you are eligible. Follow this link, and calculate your points. You need to score at least 67 points to be eligible.
https://www.canadim.com/express-entry/federal-skilled-worker/selection-factors/
or here:
https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/come-canada-tool.html
Once you are found eligible, use this tool to
estimate your CRS score. It's a score used to rank you against all other eligible candidates in the pool. If you have points above a certain level, you'll receive an invitation to apply.

So assuming you are eligible, let's move on:
Know that CLB isn't a test.
CLB stands for
"Canadian Language Benchmark", or in French
NCLC "Niveau de Compétence Linguistique Canadien".
It is a standard by which they convert and harmonise language scores from tests like.
-
IELTS &
CELPIP for English
-
TEF CANADA &
TCF CANADA for French.
Follow this link below to see how they convert scores from different tests, into standard CLB scores.

Starting by taking the language tests is indeed the right first step, as it's among the elements that will take the most time.
If you want to take the IELTS, you'll need to book a session online with the British Council in the city closest to you. You can choose between Rabat, Casablanca, Tanger, Marrakech. Here is the direct website link to register:
https://ielts.britishcouncil.org/morocco
CELPIP test isn't offered in Morocco.
For the TEF or TCF, you'll need to go to the closest Institut Français in Morocco, and register for either
TEF CANADA or
TCF CANADA. Here is the link for more info:
https://if-maroc.org/cours-de-francais/certifications-et-diplomes/tcf-tef/
I strongly encourage you to take both French and English tests, so that you can get important additional points which you greatly increase your chances.
Access to information in Morocco about immigration to Canada is the same as from any other country. Everyone finds the information in the Canada website I sent you. It's all there.
