Hi, I have a confirmed PR and my passport is stamped with immigration visa. I intend to go through the formalities soon at a Canadian port of entry and return to India as soon as possible to finish a training course, and go back to Canada for permanent stay.
My question is: Can I finish the immigration formalities at the port of entry (Toronto airport) and return the same day? I intend to request my friend in Toronto to receive my PR card on my behalf.
