Do anyone know any contact number to inquire about the Status of PR card. It's been two months now and I have not received my PR card yet. My landing date was February 15th, 2019.

Why dont you link your Application on CIC website, you can see the details for the same.
We landed on 4-Apr-2019 and it says approved and mailed on 23-Apr-2019
I made the landing on April 27th, they didn't request any photos in there and didn't mentioned anything regarding the PR card.
Does that notification appears in the same profile for PR in CIC?

Don't panic, i believe when he asked for mailing address you might have said you don't have one right now, that is the reason he didn't ask for photos and didn't tell anything about PR card, actually they are very friendly and pretty clear, keep on asking "do you understand what i am saying" you send your updated mailing address along with PR application and it would be processed in 3-4 weeks time.
