I sponsored my 2 kids. We received the two COPRs on December 22, was able to get their SIN numbers, all great.
Unfortunately, still today we have still not received their PR cards.
On the portal, while I know it says that the PR card will be mailed when the address and the photo ate confirmed/accepted, while the address already shows accepted, strangely it still shows that the PHOTO is under review... and it's been like that for months...
I have tried twice already to use the web form to ask about this, and both times they reply with a very generic reply stating they need "more information to access the file", even though I entered all the information they are asking for in the email on the web form, both in the fields and in the free form text area...
Any body know where/how I can do something about this? On some other site I saw that currently the processing times are about 45 days, and to reach out if it's been 6 weeks over that, but we're well beyond both those, reaching the 3 month mark since the COPRs were issued.
