My wife name on PR card is written wrong they put her first name as last name so basically there is no first name just the last name what to do if anyone has idea please let me know thanks

1. If her passport or COPR had only her first name and no surname, then CIC uses her first name as the surname, and leaves given name blank.
2. If the passport or COPR had a given name and a surname, then she has to have it amended.
