First day Job Offer too early

Hi, I applied for a work permit in March, and in the Job Offer it mentioned June 1st as first day for the job. The processing time for work permit is +4 months, so I will definitely not have my work permit for that day. Is that going to have an impact on getting approved?

I can't update the start day of the job in IRCC anymore (my employer is OK with me starting later, but IRCC won't know)
