Finished Bachelor of IT in the Philippines.

Hi, I finished Bachelor of Science in Information Technology for 4 years in the Philippines. And have 5 years professional experience. But I'm having a hard time looking for a job that is related with IT/Computers. Some people say I need to upgrade or study again.

If I'll study again, Do I need to do Full time Programs or just Continueing Education will do?

Please do help me as I am just new here in Canada. I just came last June 2015 and I don't want to waste my time. If I need to study I want to start asap.
