fingerprints in India

Hello all ,
How can I get Canada PCC while out side of Canada (means in India).
I lived in Canada on valid student visa for 11 months in Montreal, returned back home India, and now want to apply for Canada immigration (married to Canada PR, my wife is Canada PR).
How can I get digital fingerprints in India through Indian Police ? or any other organization which can send it to Canadian Police for varification ?
Please help me.

hello buddy,
i also got fingerprint reports for getting pcc from singapore. i live in punjab so i went to philour that is easy and near to my city. there is a "maharaja ranjit singh police acedemy" and the fingreprint beuro is in side the acedemy...just bring 4 passport size photoes, letter where it stated that u need fingerprint report for immigration purpose or whatever purpose is, passport copy, original passport....and the fees is 1000 only but bring some money like minimum 5,000 for safe side....but go there before 10 am so that u can get the report on same day.........and also there is a website of police acedemy philour...where u can easly get the information.....i hope it will help....
