Fingerprinting strips

Hi,
I am still waiting for my ITA but in the meantime I thought of starting with my process of my PCC from UAE.
Are there any special strips we receive in the ITA on which we need to get our fingerprinting done for a foreign country PCC or can we go ahead with the process even before we get the ITA?

There is no special stripes you would get after ITA.
