Finger prints delivered but are waiting for pick up?

I Sent my finger prints to the FBI but now my mail tracker is saying that they are waiting for pick as if they almost are just sitting in a po box. I sent them to the right address but are they just not going to get processed im completely confused.

The post office tracking often gets stuck there. It has probably been delivered, but the chain of scans was broken somewhere. You can launch an enquiry with the post office to see if they can track it the rest of the way to its destination.
