Finding job in Canada

Hi
Does anyone know of any businesses that are willing to offer work permits to non Canadians? I do not have a skill or trade. I work in Customer Service/Collections and would like to apply for a job in Canada within that field.I have been looking unsuccessfully to find an employer who hires foreign workers. What am I doing wrong?

Most Canadian companies will not look to employ somebody that is not even in the country. They need to get an LMIA after advertising the position to prove that no Canadian can do or wants the job. They need to pay for this as well. A Customer Service person is not a specialized field, so you are unlikely to get an employer that successfully gets an LMIA.
